TESTICLES IS BETWEEN THE LOINS PORTION

Between Loins we found  the testicles  

And indeed those who are of the sons of Levi, who receive the priesthood, have a commandment to receive tithes from the people according to the law, that is, from their brethren, though they have come from the loins of Abraham;(Hebrew 7:5)

Human anatomy the term "loin" or "loins" refers to the side of the human body below the rib cage to just above the pelvis.It is frequently used to reference the general area below the ribs. While the term "loin" is generally not used in medical science, some disorders do contain it.

The lumbar region of the spinal column is located in the loin area of the body

Sperm is produced in the testicles, which are found in the scrotum. Each sperm cell takes about 72 days to grow, and they require a slightly cooler environment (around 3-5°F or 2-3°C below body temperature) which is why the scrotum and testes are found outside the body.

Sperm production begins during puberty, which usually occurs in boys between ages 9 and 15. The production of semen (the milky fluid that carries the sperm) begins a few months before the body is ready to produce the sperm itself. Production continues for the rest of the man's life; unlike women, who stop producing eggs sometime around age 40.
